At RainSisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
